Al-Shabaya appetite

 Al , Shabakiya

According to Slough and Al-Shabaya, it is a Moroccan Ramadan ritual with distinction, no Ramadan breakfast table without them, and each family promises them a different way and quantity, depending on their means. But everyone is keen to roast the flour in the neighborhood oven, and prepare honey at home until it sticks to the places "smell of Ramadan".

Also, the Moroccan Ramadan table is not without a variety of pies, the most famous of which is the "Mesmen" pie, a dish traditionally prepared by the Badia people, in which they mix flour with water and salt. Massage and thin, then form a neat square, fry in a little oil over the fire of firewood, and serve to eat.

Moroccan cuisine is exceptionally diverse, and the cultures have made each side of the Kingdom distinct from the other. In the north, for example, you will find Andalusian dishes prepared by The Morriskeian families whose ancestors emigrated after the fall of Granada to the cities of Tangier, Schechwan and Tetouan. The South prefers its meat, grease and milk, shaking its guests with the trunk of palms erected in the oases. Also, amazigh and Bedouin cultures have a major impact on the Maghreb Ramadan table.

In an earlier report on Ramadan, The British Independent described Moroccan cuisine as "one of the most preferred kitchens on the planet", distinguished by its dishes and harmony of spices, as well as the pleasure of the varieties it offers.

Moroccans are keen to mix sweet and salty in Ramadan dishes, as the two articles have a great symbolism in the popular imagination of the people of the Kingdom: salt, this white material, which is considered a symbol of fertility, and is placed in the hands of the bride before entering her husband's house, while sugar is "sweet" and from which I quote the famous popular prayer "God sweeten your days".
