Rfissa

It is one of morocco's most famous, delicious and simply content-themed cuisine, and this authentic Moroccan dish is served on the occasion of birth.

The rice is a dish prepared from chicken mixed with treadah, a paste of grain flour that takes the form of circles equipped over oil, and is cut into cubes, and this dish includes food and hot spices, the most important of which is "Ras al-Hanout" which works to obtain immunities resistant to colds.

 Amounts of blindness

  • Large onion, cut in length

  • Lentils beans, dry or green 

 How to prepare the blind refas:

  1. In the pressure cooker put the cod and then add the onions cut into long slices in addition to olive oil and salt and then put the cooker on medium heat to fry the cod with the onions a little
  2.     Add the tomatoes, cut into small pieces, into the ingredients after frying, as well as a teaspoon of ginger, turmeric and black pepper.
  3.     Add to the pot lentils, beans, fenugreek, coriander tie and parsley and finally add garlic and chili, stir all well and pour enough water almost a liter of water or more
  4.     Cover the pot and leave to cook well
  5.     Cut the bread into small pieces
  6.     When the ingredients are cooked, add a tablespoon of margarine to the broth.
  7.     Add a little water if necessary again
  8.     Add the sliced bread to the pot and leave until the broth is well drunk
  9.     Empty the blind shelf on her face in a serving dish.
  10.     Grease the shelf with a little olive oil from above and serve hot with a cup of tea
